Jennifer Nieves
Jennifer Nieves is an actress, writer, filmmaker and performer living in New York City. This funny femme fatale has studied improv at the legendary Upright Citizens Brigade under Ari Voukydis, Shannon O’Neill, Doug Moe, and Curtis James Gwinn. Jennifer credits some of her dramatic versatility to the prestigious HB Studio, where she trained in theater arts under Karen Ludwig, Rasa Allan Kazlas, and John Bowen amongst others. She also holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism.
Jennifer is thrilled to be part of the all lady ‘Candy Slice Comedy’ group. When asked what drew her to comedy she says, "If you're not laughing, you're just not living."
She also collaborates in other indie projects throughout NYC.
When she is not working Jennifer likes to visit local art and photography exhibits, but don't be surprised if you find this curious troublemaker dancing a seductive salsa on the gum pocked sidewalks of Manhattan.
