Bio
Michael Short got his start performing shortform with SUNY Fredonia's improv troupe in 1999. He has trained at the Second City in Cleveland (now defunct), the Magnet Theater, and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Teachers include George Caleodis, Fred Gloor, Christian Capazolli, Tara Copeland, James Eason, Jean Villapique, Alex Marino, John O'Donnell, Armando Diaz, Asaf Ronen, Louis Kornfeld, and Betsy Stover. Michael has been a part of numerous shows, including The Incredible Comic Book and Sunny-Side Up. He is also a former member of the indie groups The Fever, Froduce, and Magnet house team Yum Yum Bangkok. He currently performs with the improvised puppet show, Sock, and his three-man group Rap Crimes Division.
