New York improviser: Nick Carrillo

Nick Carrillo

Nick Carrillo holds a BFA in Theater with a concentration in Acting from the College of Santa Fe. He has also studied at the Lee Strasburg School for Film and Television in New York. Nick currently studies at UCB where he has been taught by Ari Voukydis, Joe Wengart, Charlie Todd, Curtis Gwinn, Anthony King, Shannon O'Neill, Ryan Karels, and Neil Casey. He is a performer and writer for the sketch comedy group People’s Sketch Association (Funnyordie.com User’s Pick March 2009, Best Sketch Group INNY Award 2010). Nick can also be seen performing with his improv teams MacGuffin, Poopslide, and NickArrett. He has written and performed shows at The PIT, The UCB Theater, The Magnet Theater, and The Tank Theater. As an actor his recent credits include the Off-Broadway production of West Side Story and a local commercial for Bed Bugs. He also very much enjoys "Saved By the Bell."
