Krista Jensen

Krista directed and performed with her university's improv troupe for four years before being hired to write, perform and improvise for the Seaside Repertory Theatre before returning to NYC and joining the UCB.

Krista, Meggie Spellman and Anne Clark have written 3 sketch shows as Black Magic Lab, variations of which have been directed by Julie Klausner and David Iscoe of The Onion. Krista can be seen in the Buzzfeed-noted and fan-celebrated webseries Shane and Dave, found here:

Krista has studied improv with Mike Still, Doug Moe, Gavin Speiller, Erik Tanouye, Neil Casey, Michael Delaney, Abra Tabek, Amey Goerlich and more. She loves podcasts and thinks Bill Nighy is sexy.
