Kent Kincannon is a Texas native writer and performer and is now living in New York. He currently writes for Gorilla Late Night ( and also the personal blog . They both pay him handsomely, but during the day he does video and internet production for the small internet based educational platform and performs as regularly as the market allows with his two improv teams, The Strangers and The Brood.

Kent started taking classes at the UCB Theatre in the Fall of 2008 and has studied under Erik Tanoue, Kevin Hines, Gavin Speiller, Will Hines and sketch with Armando Diaz.

He not so secretly hopes that someone will pick a fight with him and/or a beautiful woman will kiss him without him seeing it coming.

He also believes he has never had a good haircut.
