Jarrod Bates

Jarrod Bates is an actor, improvisor, musician, and ordained minister. A graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre, iO Chicago, and the Annoyance Theatre NY, he has also studied physical theatre and clown with Bill Bowers, Heather Harpham, Daniel Passer, and Christopher Bayes.

Bates is a proud member of Endtimes Productions, the company responsible for both New York’s longest running horror and sci-fi theatre festival Vignettes for the Apocalypse, and the yuletide bacchanalia Naked Holidays NYC at the Cutting Room.

Jarrod has performed around the city in various plays and musicals with Writopia Lab’s Worldwide Plays Festival, RAL Productions, Write Act Rep, the Medicine Show Theatre Ensemble, Hudson Warehouse, Columbia University, Pipeline Theatre Co., and more. Find him and tell him to take a deep breath.
