New York improviser: Emma Tattenbaum-Fine

Emma Tattenbaum-Fine

Emma Tattenbaum-Fine holds a BFA in theatre from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She performed her one-woman show at the 2004 NY International Fringe Festival and is co-founder of the sketch comedy group People’s Sketch Association. She has toured nationally with Chamber Repertory Theatre and has worked as an intern on CNBC's McEnroe and on Saturday Night Live. Emma performs weekly and tours with 8 Is Never Enough, a short form improv comedy group, and with The Consulate, a long form improv comedy team. She is an alumna of Hammerkatz NYU (Critic’s Pick, Time Out NY 2005) and is producer/writer/performer with Political Subversities, a satirical cabaret, which can be seen at The People's Improv Theater, February 12th-March 5th. She has performed at Upright Citizen's Brigade and at Joe's Pub (under the direction of Elizabeth Swados). Emma can be seen in a recent Starburst commercial as "Lethargic Cheerleader" and is featured prominently in the Israeli documentary, "Soul Tripping", about American Jews experiencing Birthright.
