Annie Barry was born in San Francisco, California, to hippies that sold out so she could have braces and go to college. After attending high school in Berkeley, Annie set off to New Orleans to find her drinking legs. She survived hurricane Katrina clutching her BA in theater and history. After graduation Annie decided she should partake in a spinal surgery just for fun. She then moved to New York City where she writes plays, does improv comedy, carts around small children, and eats all the bagels and pizza she can get her greasy mitts on.
