New York improviser: Adam Blotner

Adam Blotner

Comedian and songwriter Adam Blotner honed his comedic skills at Los Angeles’ legendary Groundlings Theatre, and has also studied with UCB NY/LA, Second City, and The PIT. His original musical Lollapacoacharoozastock Music Festival appeared in the New York International Fringe Festival and has been recommended by the NY Times, NY Post, and NY Daily News. He has performed his original characters and songs for audiences at the LA Comedy Festival, NYC Comedy Week, NY Funny Songs Festival, UCB NY/LA, The Comedy Store, The PIT, comedy clubs across the country, and rocked the STAPLES Center at an LA Kings Game. He has written, directed, and performed in internet videos that have gone viral and been selected as Funny or Die “Featured Picks.” He was the voice of Barney the Dinosaur for several Barney toys. Adam completed his undergraduate education at Boston University and attended high school at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. When he's not improvising, Adam writes and performs with his musical comedy group Pop Filter.
